Cop Console

Three dimensional lines and an accurate formal research are the signature elements of the Cop Console.

Scroll

The top of the Cop Console acts as a “magic mirror”, reflecting and changing the meaning of things. The archetypal champagne flute, turned upside down and enlarged, defines the design of the base which consists of two large metal pedestals. The top is a contrast, an element of pure geometry that underlines the demarcation line with the upside-down world imagined by Roberto Paoli. The console is available with a single colour painted metal base and a top in wood, ceramic or marble.

Designer

Roberto Paoli

An interesting experimentation is at the base of the collaboration between Roberto Paoli and Bonaldo that began in 2014. The architect and interior designer brings a contribution to the company focused on a design style where the creative process melds with consolidated technical and material performance knowledge, in order to innovate and to give shape to products with an extremely clean formal look. Together with Bonaldo, Paoli focuses on objects with great formal study, experimentation and innovation behind them. Paoli's Cop table, which was presented at the Salone del Mobile 2017, won the prestigious “Good Design Award 2017”.
